Evacuation of civilians and rebel fighters from eastern Aleppo is interrupted.

The evacuation of civilians and rebel fighters from eastern Aleppo has been interrupted. The Russian Defence Ministry claims the operation is complete, but Turkey - which helped to broker the evacuation - has contradicted Russia, and says many people in the rebel enclave want to leave.
