Sylvia Patterson has met and interviewed some of the most famous and talented musicians in the world: Prince, Madonna, George Michael, Jonny Cash, U2, Eminem...the list goes on. Her book "I'm Not With The Band" has been nominated for the Costa Book Award for best biography. It talks about her colourful career as a music journalist and also tells her personal story about growing up in Scotland, her relationship with her parents and some dodgy love affairs.
