Mark Stephen hears why changes to cattle-tracking systems are causing concerns with farmers, plus Euan MacIllwraith visits Tilhill forestry and talks to ecologist Dr Clive McKay.

Mark finds out about changes to the system farmers use to track the movement of their cattle and why the changes are causing concerns with farmers.

Euan visits Tilhill forestry and speaks to ecologist Dr Clive McKay about how the laws around protecting birds of prey impact how they work.

The Milne family in Fife are just coming to the end of their three years as an Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Monitor Farm. Mark asks what the scheme has meant for them and talks to AHDB's Scotland Cereal Manager about the importance of monitor farms. 

Penny Johnston from the National Farmers Union of Scotland explains to Mark the importance of the recently announced measures to keep Scottish poultry safe from avian flu. 

Euan visits Rouken Glen Park which has been named UK Park of the Year 2016. 

Port Edgar Water sports based in South Queensferry specialise in training people to safely use boats, kayaks and rafts. Mark and Euan get to try their hand at powerboating.

Mark is in Inverness finding out about Velocity Café and Bicycle Workshop's Cycle to Health Scheme.

Perth and Kinross Countryside Trust recently had five rare trees stolen from woodland just outside Perth. Euan finds out more about the theft from trust manager, Morag Watson.

And Mark meets Laura Cameron Lewis who has made the decision to move her family from Leith to a croft on Lewis.
