Donald Trump meets the journalists and management of the New York Times - will he follow through on his threats to curb the US media?

Donald Trump meets journalists and management of the New York Times, part of what he has referred to as the "crooked media". So has he had a change of heart, or should US journalists remain concerned? We speak to Pete Vernon, from the Columbia Journalism Review.

Plus, after the US president-elect pledges a bonfire of regulations, potentially in the financial sector, we hear from Neel Kashkari, head of the Minneapolis Federal Reserve, who wants banks to hold huge capital buffers to shield taxpayers from future bailouts. Roger Farmer, a professor at UCLA, says buffers as high as 38% may not be enough.
