Al Jackson is in California to meet the fastest female baseball pitcher in the world.

In Leeds, Sam and Mark take on a record challenge in front of a live audience as they compete to see how many pairs of pants they can put on in 30 seconds.

It's the penultimate episode and things are reaching fever pitch in the daily record-breaking competition, Officially Competitive - with just two events to go, anyone can still win. America's favourite son US Ray, Great Britain's Sizzling Steve and Japan's finest Mr Cherry are going to have to pull their socks up, literally, if they're going to beat a record viewers can try at home (if you've got a full sock draw) - the most socks put on one foot in 30 seconds.

Host Ben Shires is in Leicester to see a fight in a chip shop when chip-wrapping colossus Stephanie Celik defends her crown against challenger Paul Martin. They go head to head to try to beat the record Stephanie achieved in series one - for the fastest time to wrap five portions of chips.

And American host Al Jackson is in Claremont, California, to see if he can hit the fastest female baseball pitcher in the world for a home run. Spoiler alert - he can't, but can she can smash her fastest pitch record?
