Ricky visits Nashville to hear the stories behind the great songs written on Music Row.

Ricky Ross visits Nashville to hear the stories behind the great songs written on Music Row in the home of country music. Plus a visit to the iconic Bluebird Cafe.

Ricky is in Nashville discovering the stories and history from the home of Country Music. Tonight he talks to some of the most successful songwriters on Music Row.

Songwriter Liz Rose who co-wrote Little Big Town's Girl Crush, which was the biggest country single of 2015, describes her unexpected journey into songwriting and what it's like working with Taylor Swift. Shane McAnally has written songs for Kacey Musgraves, Sheryl Crow, Kenny Chesney and Lady Antebellum and he describes hearing his first recorded cut by Lee Ann Womack.

There's also a trip to The Bluebird Cafe where songwriters audition new songs for the first time. Hear about some of the big country hits that were heard first in this intimate music venue. Plus discover the impact the Nashville TV series has made on the city.
