Matilda and the Ramsay bunch learn some brilliant Bollywood dance moves from an expert choreographer and cook up some incredible Indian party food. While Megan, Jack and Holly are out at an LA dance studio learning how to dance like Bollywood film stars, Matilda sends her siblings off to buy some edible gold for her Bollywood macaroons. For the party, Matilda makes a dish that's a real Ramsay favourite - chicken tikka skewers. She also cooks up some totally awesome vegetable samosas. To start the party, Jack tries to teach everyone, mum Tana included, some of the dance routines he's learned.
