The concert features the premiere of Cantata Memoria by Sir Karl Jenkins and Mererid Hopwood performed by Bryn Terfel, Elin Manahan Thomas, Catrin Finch, David Childs, violinist Joo Yeon Sir, massed children and adult choirs and Sinfonia Cymru.
