Colin Murray is joined by Osi Umenyiora, Dougie Anderson, Eddie Kadi and Elis James.

Colin Murray is judge and jury as Osi Umenyiora, Eddie Kadi, Dougie Anderson and Elis James fight for punditry points whilst discussing the sporting stories of the week.

Colin Murray plays host as his guests aim to gain points whilst discussing the sporting stories of the week. Points are awarded for informed comment, wit and passion but deducted for nonsense and answers lacking in conviction. In the final round the top two scorers go head to head in 'defend the indefensible' where they must defend a statement, however distasteful or ludicrous for twenty seconds.
 
On this week's panel- former NFL player for the New York Giants Osi Umenyiora, comedian Eddie Kadi, presenter Dougie Anderson and comedian Elis James.
