Suzy Klein introduces a lively mix of music, chat and arts news live from the Radio 3 Conference of Inclusion and Diversity in Composition at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, with the BBC Philharmonic conducted by John Storgards. Errollyn Wallen, Priti Paintal and Shiva Nova, Raymond Yiu, American composer Jeffrey Mumford and students of the RNCM.

As part of Radio 3's commitment to connecting audiences with pioneering music and culture, this week we're exploring issues of diversity and access in classical music with a Diversity and Inclusion in Composition Conference at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM). Today's In Tune features music by some of the composers featured at the conference as well as music drawn from the rich legacy of Black and Asian classical composition.

Live music and the arts: broadcasts more live music than any other radio network. Classical music is its core. Genres include world and new music, jazz, speech and drama.
