Mark Radcliffe presents the show solo, and dons his biggest gold platform heels and blue spandex jumpsuit to welcome writer Simon Reynolds, who's here to talk all things glam rock. Simon's a music writer and journalist, who cut his teeth on music mag Melody Maker in the 80s, and he'll be chatting about the music of the time - Suzu Quatro, Cockney Rebel, Sparks, New York Dolls, The Sweet, Alice Cooper, Marc Bolan and David Bowie - and its influence on more recent music in hip-hop and other artists like Lady Gaga.
