US halts talks with Russia; Hurricane Matthew; Mediterranean migrants.

The United States has suspended talks with Russia over Syria. The State Department accuses Russia of failing to live up to the terms of last month's ceasefire agreement. One person has died in Haiti as one of the most powerful Atlantic hurricanes in recent years approaches the island. Hurricane Matthew is expected to cause flooding and landslides when it makes landfall in the next few hours. Migrants continue to make the dangerous journey across the Mediterranean Sea - we report from on board a rescue boat.
