Lucy is tall for her age but that is not the reason she likes to be known as the BFG of Year 7 - it is because she always has time for everyone and likes to be kind and helpful whenever she can. Her positive attitude soon attracts the attention of the teachers and they come up with a plan to harness it - the only problem is that Lucy lacks confidence. Help might come from an unexpected source - one of Lucy's best friends, Donnel. He is a class clown and a real challenge. Can Lucy help him to settle down and apply himself? And can Don return the favour by helping Lucy to find her confidence?
