As the Paralympics begin, what's it like to have a disability in Africa? Many of you have been reacting to a BBC video of Sierra Leone's only Paralympian. He has no home - so he's forced to live in an office at the National Stadium.

What is it like to be a journalist in Kenya? Journalists have been protesting against harassment, even as reports emerged that one of their colleagues - a photo-journalist called Dennis Otieno - was reportedly shot dead in Kitale county.
