South Korea's government says it may provide loans to the bankrupt Hanjin shipping company to keep it afloat, but will $90m be enough? And with dozens of Hanjin's container ships unable to dock at port for fear of arrest or their goods being seized by creditors, we hear about the challenges facing US retailers if they can't get their goods in time for the busy holiday season.
