Fiona Stalker is joined by endurance adventurer Sean Conway, plus Janice Hopper of Tots2Travel explains how to plan a skiing holiday with young children.

Extreme endurance adventurer Sean Conway will be giving Fiona an update on his latest incredible feat! We'll also be hearing about Sean's brand new TV doc which avidly followed the adventurer on his travels...The sun may still be shining (in some places!) but if you're planning a skiing holiday then Tots2Travel's Janice Hopper reckons you need to get your skates on right now - she'll be giving us the lowdown on how best to plan with small people in tow..As Aberdeen Tech Fest gets underway we'll be finding out what's on offer this year and Fiona will (hopefully!) be trying out an experiment in the Aberdeen Studio...Helen Needham finds out what's on offer at this year's Edinburgh Book Festival and we find out what happened when Moira Hickey headed to Lossie for some surfing with a group of very special young people. George Anderson will be explaining all about the wonders of the Elder Tree while Mandy Tulloch joins Fiona in the Aberdeen Studio to demonstrate just how easy it is to produce your very own Elderflower Fizz! And we get our final update from the RSPB's Jess Tomes on the official Out for the Weekend osprey chicks, Rowan and Willow!
