Gillian Russell and Producer Suzy Beaumont look at the role of the support crew to help athletes to reach their goals. The athletes know they couldn't succeed without the team behind them. But just how do the support team feel about being in the background when the athlete reaps all the glory and the medals of the win? Sports Psychologist and support crew member Misha Botting shares his experiences.
