Billy Sloan plays the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe and Early Morning Soul. In this weekend's Musical Chairs feature Billy highlights the career of Scottish singer and songwriter Paul Buchanan of The Blue Nile fame and associated with Julian Lennon, Craig Armstrong and Melanie C. The Live and Dangerous tracks are from Talking Heads new box set 'Psycho Killers Radio Waves 1978-1982' (recordings from Starfleet FM, Berklee Performing Arts Centre, Boston, 24th August 1979). In Movie Moment Billy's playing 'Stonehenge' by Spinal Tap from the Mockumentary comedy film 'This Is Spinal Tap' and in Classic Songwriters, there's tracks from the pen of singer/songwriter and musician Damon Albarn.
