Claire visits Ullapool and talks to a couple who have relocated from Edinburgh and finds out about the advantages and disadvantages of living and working in a remote area.

Mark is in Stow finding out how the reopening of part of the Waverley Line is beginning to transform the area.

Mark visits Lorraine Lucia who farms near Langholm, in the high ground of Dumfries and Galloway where the shearing of the sheep was in full swing.
