Joe Stilgoe celebrates jump, jive and swing with the BBC Big Band and special guests.

Joe Stilgoe and the BBC Big Band celebrate the rhythms of the kings of jump, jive and swing - Louis Prima, Louis Jordan, Louis Armstrong.

To celebrate the 120th anniversary of the birth of Louis Armstrong, Joe Stilgoe sings up a musical chilli pepper with the rockin' rhythms of the Kings of Jump, Jive and Swing. 

This special concert will feature the style and swing of Joe Stilgoe and the music that inspired him from the 40s and 50s, shining the light on his heroes who shared a name - Louis Prima, Louis Jordan and Louis Armstrong. 

Hits include: Is You Is Or Is You Ain't My Baby, Just A Gigolo, The King of the Swingers, Jeepers Creepers, and many, many more, with Joe's modern classic originals (We Should Kiss, Totally) thrown in the pot for good measure. 

A fabulously feel good feast of music, featuring the astonishing BBC Big Band and special guests.
