A big explosion has taken place near Mogadishu airport, Somalia. Bernie Sanders has endorsed Hillary Clinton. Scientists have discovered where brains grow fastest in youths

Reports are coming in of at least one suspected suicide car bombing in the Somali capital, Mogadishu. Initial reports say one explosion took place near the city's airport. The area is close to an African Union peacekeeping base. There as yet no indications of any casualties.

Hillary Clinton's defeated rival Bernie Sanders has given her a ringing endorsement, telling the Democratic Party convention that she must beat Donald Trump in the US presidential election in November.
