It's the final round of matches before the Super 8s, and the finishing positions of all 12 teams are crucial as they move into the second stage of the season. The top eight teams at the end of this round will battle it out for a place in the play-offs and the chance to reach the Grand Final, whilst the bottom four will fight for Super League survival against the top four teams in the Championship. Seven consecutive wins helped Wigan move to the top of the table after 21 rounds, and the Warriors end the regular season with a home game against St Helens. Wigan were comfortable winners in their last meeting at Langtree Park, but matches between these fierce local rivals are impossible to predict. Hull FC led the way for the bulk of the regular season and they're looking to confirm a place in the top two with a win away at Salford. Wakefield take on Castleford, outgoing champions Leeds visit Hull KR, Warrington play Huddersfield and Widnes face Catalans Dragons.
