Arm Holdings, Trident renewal, the Sochi doping findings and sporting heroes.

The Arm Holdings takeover, the Trident renewal programme, and the Sochi doping report which revealed that Russian officials were aware of manipulation.

As Arm Holdings announced a Japanese take over we spoke to Stephen Bloomfield who is an economics commentator and author. Ahead of the governments vote on Trident we heard from the residents of Helenburgh, the closest town to Faslane. As the first gym designed specifically for recovering cancer patients begins research into the benefits of fitness upon disease recovery Macmillan Cancer Support told us that people can benefit hugely from exercise as well as rest. Athletes Roger Black and Jo Pavey responded to the findings of WADA's report into doping at the Sochi Games. Jo Pavey calls for a ban on Russian athletes at the forthcoming 2016 Games.
