Jas signs her friends up to a charity basketball tournament to impress a boy.

Comedy series. The rest of the group are horrified when Jas signs them all up to a charity basketball tournament in an effort to impress the boy she has a crush on.

Lily, Martha and Jas are super-bright but socially awkward 13-year-old girls, trying to make sense of life, boys and fitting in. While other girls are going to parties, netball practice and sleepovers, our inseparable trio are busy with chess club, homework and Friday nights in watching documentaries.

Jas has a mega-crush on Lily's older brother, Jason, though she'd never admit it. When Jason and fellow sixth-former Sophia organise a charity basketball tournament, Jas signs them all up to it in an effort to impress him and hang out together. 

Lily, Martha and Ollie are horrified, but against the odds, Martha discovers she has an amazing natural talent at shooting hoops. She starts hanging out with the cool basketball kids and joins their team. Meanwhile, Lily, who can't catch to save her life, tries to avoid revealing her lack of sporting prowess to Matt Furnish and embarrassing herself in front of him.
