With comedian, writer and mental health campaigner, Ruby Wax. Best-known for fronting TV documentaries and for her funny interviews, as well as script editing the hugely successful Absolutely Fabulous, she's also written best-selling books 'Sane New World' and 'A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled'. She was awarded an OBE for services to mental health and her honesty about her own life and experiences has won her a new generation of fans and admirers.
