Chef Kirsten Gilmore celebrates summer with ideas for salad, plus Neil Stewart talks Clare English  through some of the extraordinary range of Scottish gins now available.

We don't mind if the sun don't shine we're still going to celebrate summer with some sensational ideas for salad! There's not an iceberg lettuce or curled carrot to be seen as Chef Kirsten Gilmore brings her usual Kiwi sparkle to the kitchen cooking live plus Elgin double act Sharan and Manju continue to convert us to their authentic Indian food with a recipe for and uber versatile chutney. 

And if you thought having a G and T was a simple request to sip on that summer picnic, think again! Gin collector and self-confessed obsessive, Neil Stewart, will be talking us through some of the extraordinary range of Scottish gins now on offer plus we'll be hearing the story of one of the newest gin on the Scottish drinks scene.
