Sara Cox sits in for Chris Evans to talk to RNLI volunteer Shaun Wright about Saving Lives at Sea, and Sean Conway discusses his inspiration for writing Cycling the Earth.

Sara is joined by RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) volunteer Shaun Wright who's on call in BBC One's new series Saving Lives at Sea. Plus adrenaline junkie Sean Conway speaks to Vassos about his new book Cycling the Earth and his latest venture taking part in the world's first ever length of Britain triathlon in 44 days. Plus there's thirty minutes of non-stop music in the Half Wower and Pause for Thought from Rabbi Julia Neuberger.
