Prominent Leave campaigner and London mayor, Boris Johnson announces he won't run

It's been a day of unexpected announcements in British politics. Leave campaigner and Justice Secretary, Michael Gove unexpectedly announced he was standing as a candidate for the leadership of the party while his colleague and former London Mayor, Boris Johnson surprised many by pulling out. Home Secretary Teresa May also threw her name into the ring. And we hear from Kabul where there's been a twin bomb attack on a convoy of buses transporting Afghani police cadets.
