Comedy series about three socially awkward friends. When Lily worries that she and Matt might be incompatible, Jas adapts some school software to create a love machine.

Lily, Martha and Jas are super-bright but socially awkward 13-year-old girls, trying to make sense of life, boys and fitting in. While other girls are going to parties, netball practice and sleepovers, our inseparable trio are busy with chess club, homework and Friday nights in watching documentaries.

When Lily starts to worry that she and Matt Furnish might be incompatible, Jas suggests adapting the plant species comparison software they are using in class to assess the compatibility of humans. She calls this the Love Machine. Martha warns Jas that this might spell heartache and disaster, but Jas shouts her down - it's a love predictor, what bad can come of it?

Lily is initially delighted when she and Matt score 97 per cent compatibility, but immediately starts to obsess over the three per cent incompatibility, whilst Martha is horrified to discover her most compatible mate is apparently Ollie!
