When Hanssen decides to be a hands-on surgeon, Arthur is desperate to prove his worth.

Arthur is desperate to prove his worth but runs into trouble. Oliver grabs his chance to get back with Zosia, but disaster strikes when he crosses a line.

Hanssen suddenly decides to be a hands-on surgeon on Keller, and Arthur is desperate to prove his worth. But when he has difficulty separating the personal from the professional, Arthur makes a heartwrenching decision. 

With the ice thawing between them, Oliver grabs his chance to get back with Zosia. However, disaster strikes when Oliver crosses a line. 

A secretive Raf makes a personal sacrifice when a newly empowered Fletch finally makes a date with Naomi.
