Rio 2016 will be rower Katherine Grainger's fifth Olympic Games - a remarkable feat which takes true determination and grit. The gold medallist recalls that magical moment in August 2012 when she and her partner rowed across the finishing line at Eton Dorney to win Olympic gold.
