Edi Stark talks to Dr Sara Watkin.
At present she works as an NHS specialist in child and adolescent mental health in East Lothian and is medical adviser for the Scottish Adoption agency.
However, her CV also shows she's been a GP in Muirhouse and HMP Edinburgh caring for female prisoners and women on remand.
She's a professionally trained dancer and choreographer, worked as an osteopath for Cirque du Soleil and London Studio centre and still specialises in chronic pain.
