Greece is back at the negotiating table with creditors, asking for emergency lending. This time, debt relief is on the table. What would it mean for Greece's shattered economy?

Debt relief is on the agenda as Greece's international creditors meet to decide on emergency funding for Athens. Aristides Hatzis, associate professor of law and economics at the University of Athens, tells us what stands in the way and what it would mean for the Greek economy. Also the BBC's Karishma Vaswani reports from Davao, in the southern Philippines, as the country heads to the polls to choose its next president.
