He was once a shy youngster who hated sport, he's now a professional rock climber and author... Dave Macleod is Fiona's special guest. Staying with mountains we'll also be getting the lowdown on the Aviemore Mountain Festival and catching up with top female climber Natalie Berry. Plenty of colour in your garden? We sent our resident gardening expert Carole Baxter to The Cruickshank Botanic Gardens in Aberdeen earlier this week to find out how their wide range of blooms are coming on.

Staying with new arrivals we get an update from the RSPB's Jess Tomes on Loch Garten's resident Osprey couple, EJ and Odin and their potential wee ones!
