Kiran Jethwa runs two of Kenya's top restaurants, but for a new television series has been cooking in some of the world's most unusual and dangerous locations.  Listeners around the world can watch Kiran in action in his programme called The Fearless Chef which is currently on National Geographic and in the UK on Channel 4.

Since the beginning of this year, more than 360 migrants have died attempting to make the dangerous sea crossing between Turkey and Greece.  Ahmet Altan is a Turkish imam who has helped to bury more than 100 unidentified bodies.
