Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff faces impeachment; Ukraine's parliament to discuss the appointment of a new PM; President of Kenya says an anti-doping law will soon be passed

A congressional committee in Brazil has recommended the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff for allegedly manipulating government accounts.  

Ukraine's parliament is due to discuss the appointment of a new prime minister amid a deepening political crisis. 

The President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta, says an anti-doping law will soon be passed by the country's parliament to meet next month's deadline, set by the World Anti-Doping Agency, to meet global targets.
