Fiona Stalker is joined by a man who has surfed his way around Britain, Jonathan Bennett.

This week's special guest is a man who has surfed his way around Britain... From the Isle of Harris to Sussex, Jonathan Bennett spent 14 months living in an old camper van while he made his way from beach to beach. With hordes of pirates heading to Dundee this weekend we find out what's happening on HM Frigate Unicorn! When was the last time you or a member of your family climbed a tree? Writer, climber and author of The Tree Climbers Guide Jack Cooke will be sharing his stories with Fiona. Meanwhile staying with trees, we sent our reporter Bronwen Livingston out and about to find out what the general public actually think about the past time of tree climbing! And if climbing trees isn't your thing, what about giving Square Dancing a shot?! Fiona will be joined in the studio by some experts ahead of a week-long festival which is heading to Aberdeen. We head to Ayr Racecourse to catchup with Iain Ferguson on Ladies Day! Just how difficult do you find it travelling with your toddlers? Mother of two wee ones Janice Hopper joins Fiona in the studio with some top tips. Ever thought of spending the weekend learning about wilderness living and outdoors survival? Well Dave Crosbie will be giving Fiona the lowdown on how to extend your time outdoors whilst picking up some very useful traditional skills! And we catch up with ex-footballer Michael Stewart and kayaker Brian Wilson to find out about the forthcoming Adventure Show special programme, The Canoe Boys, which recreates one of the great pioneering journeys of Scottish canoeing.
