In this chapter of his scrapbook, Roy explores the different ways in which he has tried, and at times failed, to embrace healthy living. Roy looks back at the many times he has called on Dr Rashid for help - from his many colds to getting stuck in his bedroom because he over stuffed himself with food. When Roy realises he's put on weight from eating junk food, he decides that it's time to get in shape by eating healthy food and doing plenty of exercise. Luckily exercise can be lots of fun, especially if you're a cartoon boy, though Roy somehow takes it too far! Roy learns that everything in moderation is what works best! By changing his attitude to food, eating a well balanced diet and getting plenty of exercise - Roy is sure he won't have to spend much time in Dr Rashid's office in the future!
