Millions of documents leaked from a Panamanian law firm, Mossack Fonseca, have revealed secret deals linked to more than 70 current and former world leaders - from Colonel Gaddafi of Libya to Vladimir Putin of Russia. We look at some of the details and speak to Chido Dunn of the campaign group Global Witness, who argues that the current laws regulating offshore banks are not worth the paper they're written on.  Also in the programme we hear from the BBC's Tamasin Ford in Ivory Coast about how it's counting the cost after a devastating terror attack last month.
