Jo Milne's story was one of the show highlights last year, and she is back to discuss life since cochlear implant surgery and the publication of her memoir Breaking the Silence.

Jo Milne's story was one of our show highlights last year. What started as an inspiring Memory Tape made by friend Tremayne Crossley - the 1st music she would hear after undergoing cochlear implant surgery - Jo's journey inspired our audience and she later came onto the show as a guest after publication of her memoir 'Breaking The Silence'. That memoir is now out in paperback, and Jo has been catching up on a lot of music since, including a trip to Glastonbury.
