Nigeria is to stop importing petroleum within 18 months

Nigeria, Africa's top oil producer, wants to remove the need for imported petroleum products within 18 months.

Can Nigeria gets its refineries running properly? The government presents an 18-month deadline to end all imports. And help is at hand from the private sector.

Also, Bangladesh claims money has been stolen from its accounts at the New York federal reserve - but the bank denies a breach of its systems. We follow the money - in this case to the Philippines.

And, an update on the Seaman Guard Ohio - with an appeal scheduled for 1 June. We hear arguments for and against the continued detention of the 35-man crew.
