Louise White sits in for Fiona Stalker and is joined by explorer and TV presenter Paul Murton.

This week Louise White will be keeping the hotseat warm for Fiona Stalker!

Explorer and Television Presenter Paul Murton will be joining Louise live in the Glasgow Studio ahead of the start of his latest TV masterpiece!

Adventure Cameraman Keith Partridge will also be heading to Glasgow to give Louise the lowdown on his latest exciting project which also involves his old pal Steve Backshall.

Any gardening questions racking your brain? Resident gardening expert Carole Baxter will be on hand live in the Aberdeen Studio to answer any queries for the green fingered (or not so green fingered) amongst us.

What's so special about the Scots Pine? The Woodland Trust's Rory Syme will be revealing all to Louise about the much loved tree.

And we find out about a brand new TV Programme which will be on our screens 3 nights a week for the next few weeks, This Farming Life.
