Stuart Maconie presents the show solo and is joined by singer-songwriter Laura Mvula.

Stuart presents the show solo, and his guest today is singer-songwriter Laura Mvula. The Birmingham singer and composer has just released a track with Chic guitarist Nile Rogers. It's on her second album The Dreaming Room which is due out in May. Her debut album Sing To The Moon was nominated for the 2013 Mercury Prize.
