The home side lead the Welsh charge for the coveted top four spots in the Pro 12 and will be looking to confirm their status as serious title contenders with victory over an Edinburgh team who have surprised everyone this year and who have already claimed the scalps of Leinster, Ospreys and Ulster, as well as two back-to-back wins over current champions Glasgow Warriors.

Both sides will be missing key players on international duty at the Six Nations, but Edinburgh will want a repeat of their visit to Llanelli last season when they ended Scarlets' 15-month unbeaten home record with a 26-15 win.
