In 2013, Neil Connor was hoping a new life in Australia could bring himself and partner Christopher a lifestyle they could only dream of in Glasgow. But Christopher was torn as following his partner's wishes would mean leaving his ill mum behind in Scotland.

On a trial week in Adelaide, the couple experienced everything Australia had to offer. But while properties surpassed their expectations, being able to afford them was another matter. Two years after their trip, on which side of the world are the couple living?
