Latin America's crashing economies - a leading investor says now could be the time to buy in. And, as the primaries begin, is US democracy over-long and over-priced?

At the start of the century, it was hailed as Latin America's great Left Turn - governments introducing radical reforms from Venezuela to Argentina. Now many are being either ousted or are mired in scandal. With the help of Uruguayan investor, Juan Sartori, who runs Union Group, a one and a half billion dollar investment firm, we look at why and whether investing in Latin America still makes sense. 

Plus it's the eve of the US primaries - at last! Regular commentator Steve Fritzinger bemoans how long, boring and expensive, US politics has become. But is reform really necessary? We get the view of Rob Ritchie of the US campaign organisation, Fair Vote.
