Janice is joined by Scottish sculptor Alexander Stoddart and musician Matthew E White.

Matthew E White performs a live session, plus sculptor Alexander 'Sandy' Stoddart talks about the prevelance and significance of Robert Burns statues around the world.

Janice Forsyth celebrates Robert Burns with the sculptor of the Robert Burns monument in Kilmarnock Sandy Stoddart. They talk about the significance of statues, and the etiquette of immortalising real people in sculpture. 

Janice hosts a live music session from American songwriter, producer and arranger Matthew E White ahead of his Edinburgh gig.

Kula Shaker announce a 12 date tour including a Glasgow gig to celebrate their 20th anniversary. Crispian Mills and Paul Winterhart from the band tell Janice why Glasgow is one of their favourite places to perform. 

Bryan Burnett tells Janice about his special Burns Supper.

Professor Kirsteen McCue talks about her BBC documentary Burns, Dad and Me, celebrating her relationship with Robert Burns and her dad, the late Burns singer Bill McCue. 

We hear about a special Edinburgh International Book Festival alternative Burns night at Glasgow's Glad CafÃ(c) encouraging Shawlands Academy pupils who have English as their second language to tell stories through rap and graphic novels, with help from Stanley Odd's Dave Hook and graphic novel duo Metaphrog.

Janice has a brand new Single of the Week â€" Living Fiction by Glasgow band WHITE. Leo from WHITE joins her in the Glasgow studio to discuss leather jackets, Glam rock, and the new double-A-side vinyl record he designed emulating David Bowie's RCA record design for Heroes. 

The Vinyl Verdict choice for listeners to make is between White Wedding by Billy Idol and Ride a White Swan by T. Rex.
