Dennis accepts a role in the school production of Jack and the Beanstalk.

Dennis accepts a role in the Beanotown School play of Jack and the Beanstalk, but regrets his decision when he learns it will mean kissing Angel Face.

Dennis explains to Mrs Creecher the elaborate circumstances that have caused him to show up to school without his homework, and catches the attention of Blake Midwinter - an actor enlisted by the school to help out with the annual Beanotown School play. As the rehearsals will mean missing lessons, Dennis is quick to accept the leading role in Jack and the Beanstalk. However, he soon regrets his decision when it comes to light that this play will include a kiss with Angel Face.
