Verity Sharp rounds off Afternoon on 3's week of performances by the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra with a concert it gave at the Philhamonie in Paris featuring Brahms' Piano Concerto no.1 with soloist Rudolf Buchbinder, and Prokofiev's Symphony no.5. And to begin, another favourite of Russian repertoire, Rachmaninov's Symphonic Dances conducted by Joshua Weilerstein.
