Hollywood director Spike Lee and Magic Mike star Jada Pinkett Smith have announced they are to boycott the Oscars over the lack of award nominations for black actors.

Two of Hollywood's biggest names - director Spike Lee and Magic Mike actress Jada Pinkett Smith - are boycotting the Oscars because no black actors were nominated for the big awards. And Britain's top female player Johanna Konta has beaten her idol Venus Williams.
